Illustration project

For the final project in this course we were asked to chose a fashion house and design an illustrated catalog for it. I chose the French fashion brand ‘patou’ and selected to illustrate the iconic ss 2022 RTW collection. For my catalog I used a collage mix media technique, using parts of the original color image and parts that I illustrated with soft black and white pencils by hand. In this way, I chose to highlight interesting details from the collection and created an interesting contrasting collage between color and black and white, between the printed image and the hand-drawn illustration.
